About Blythe
Creek
If
there
is anyone who knows the communities and activities from Sandy
to Mt. Hood…. It is certainly Blythe!
 |
Although
her youth was spent on horses in California and later Lake
Oswego, Blythe moved to the area, while attending college. Supplementing her studies, she spent endless
time hiking in the Mt. Hood National Forest, where she met
her late husband Garry twenty-eight years ago… and she’s never
left. |

|
| As
such, she’s had the opportunity to watch the Mt. Hood Corridor
slowly grow to a series of small and tight communities, comprised
of a population of custom homes and vacation cabins. Blythe and her husband Garry raised two sons
on Mt. Hood through the local school system and participated
in many extra curricular activities. Her husband Garry spent
his career with Mt. Hood National Forest and coached baseball
while their sons were growing up She’s had a chance to get
to know intimately a significant portion of the local population. |

| Returning
a second time to college shortly after the birth of her second
son, and receiving a Batchler of Science in Physical Geography,
Blythe began attending real estate training. And that knowledge, supplemented with over
eighteen years selling Real Estate on Mt. Hood, clearly explains
her intimate understanding of the localized market conditions. |

During
the summers, you’ll find Blythe’s free time is spent tending
her garden and flowering baskets or
hiking the back trails of the mountain in search of Mt.
Hood's Buried Forests... In the winter, she ski-hosts at Timberline,
offering support and reference to visitors on the mountain’s
slopes. And most days, come rain, shine or light snow…
she walks several miles to keep healthy… and to enjoy the
companionship of the "BMW's" (Brisk Morning Walker's)
walking group.
